Shipping & Returns
If purchasing a 'preorder' product and also a product that is 'in-stock' in the same order, note that the 'in-stock' item will ship on the 'preorder' date. To avoid delays of your 'in-stock' item, please order the items separately. Preorders will ship on the date showing on the product details for each release. This date sometimes may change due to manufacturer delays. We will notify you by email if this date changes.
HOW WE SHIP YOUR PRODUCT(S)
We generally ship using the United States Post Office to ship your items. Each package is put together using quality shipping materials to ensure your product arrives to you safely.
We ship using Priority Mail for all domestic orders in the United States. Shipping time varies between 3-4 days. We ship First Class International for all international orders outside the United States. Shipping time varies by country from 1 week to 1 month depending on location.
